OneDEAL Underwriter provides estimates and educational analysis. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, brokerage, insurance or lending advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying income, expenses, financial product terms, current rules, property information and all other assumptions before making a financial decision. Market estimates are not lender quotes or guarantees.

Service limitations

Features and calculations may change, be incomplete or experience interruptions. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for an offer, financing commitment or purchase.

Partner marketplace

OneDEAL does not currently originate loans, provide loan quotes or submit information to lenders. Clearly labeled affiliate links may result in compensation to OneDEAL when a visitor purchases an eligible product or subscription. Compensation does not alter the calculator’s math, score or verdict. Third-party products have their own prices, terms and limitations. A user must separately choose to request or submit partner information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and OneDEAL is not responsible for investment losses or decisions based on estimates produced by the tool.

Free calculator

The manual calculators are available without a subscription, payment, waitlist registration or email gate. No purchase, cancellation or refund terms apply to the current free calculators. OneDEAL does not offer consumer subscription plans. Cloud saving and other unavailable features are identified separately.
