Your responsibility

You are responsible for verifying property information, rents, expenses, financing terms, zoning, condition, title and all other assumptions before making an investment decision. Market estimates are not lender quotes or guarantees.

Beta service

During the beta, features and calculations may change, be incomplete or experience interruptions. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for an offer, financing commitment or purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use it to violate another person’s rights.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and OneDEAL is not responsible for investment losses or decisions based on estimates produced by the tool.

Paid plans

Final billing, cancellation and refund terms will be presented before any paid plan is activated. No founding-list registration creates a purchase obligation.
