These guides are published by OneDEAL Underwriter. Questions and correction requests can be sent to the contact below. A source link or a “sources checked” date does not mean an article has been reviewed by a licensed accountant, attorney, investment adviser, insurance professional, appraiser or lender.
We do not claim professional review unless a real reviewer and the scope of that review are identified. Our educational tools do not replace advice about your particular transaction.
Sources and worked examples
Financial definitions and rules should link to relevant primary materials, such as IRS publications, regulator guidance or the written terms being discussed. A source must support the claim beside it; a general link does not validate a product offer or individual outcome.
Hypothetical examples are labeled and use stated assumptions. Market figures need a defined geography, observation date, method and source. We do not present invented local averages, advertised asking rents or calculator inputs as verified transaction data.
The date on a sourced guide describes the stated update or source check. It does not imply continuous monitoring, guaranteed current rates or a professional endorsement.
Comparisons and commercial relationships
A calculator comparison uses the entered terms and disclosed method. It is not a ranking of every financial provider or a claim that the lowest modeled cost is the right choice for every person.
Advertising or sponsorship, where present, must be clearly identified. Compensation must not change calculation formulas, financial outputs or the investment analyzer’s scoring rules. OneDEAL does not currently offer live product rates, card approvals, insurance quotes, brokerage recommendations or a lender-matching service.
Affiliate placements are optional and labeled beside the link. OneDEAL may earn a commission from qualifying RentCast Pro subscriptions. These links do not send calculator inputs to the provider. Any future partner-matching feature requires a separate, deliberate customer choice and disclosure of the recipients and relevant commercial relationship. Free calculation does not authorize sharing inputs with a financial provider.
Corrections
Report a suspected error to support@onedealunderwriter.com. Include the page, the disputed statement or a reproducible hypothetical calculation, and a supporting source if available. Do not send sensitive financial identifiers.
Material corrections should explain what changed and carry an updated date. We do not promise a response deadline or imply that every page has already received independent professional review.
