Information we collect

We collect information you submit, including your email address, underwriting assumptions, saved Buy Box settings and saved deal data. When you sign in, the platform provides an account identifier and may provide your email address and display name.

Traffic measurement

We use first-party traffic measurement to count page views and key product actions. It stores a temporary visit identifier, page path, referring website domain and event name. It does not store your IP address in the analytics table or create an advertising profile.

How we use information

We use this information to operate OneDEAL Underwriter, save your settings and deals, communicate about product access, improve calculations and protect the service.

Advertising and cookies

Free educational pages may use third-party advertising services after advertising is activated. Those providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit and measure advertising. The underwriting workspace, account area and paid product experience do not contain advertising. Available consent and advertising choices will be presented where required.

Sharing and retention

We use service providers needed to host and operate the product. We do not sell personal information. We retain information while your account or beta participation remains active and as reasonably necessary for security, legal and operational purposes.

Your choices

You can permanently delete your OneDEAL account data from Account settings. You may also request access or correction of information associated with your account. A dedicated support contact will be published before the paid public launch.

Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Avoid entering account passwords, Social Security numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information into property fields.
